They're made of the same exact stuff in the same exact concentration. You could buy hand sanitizer from the dollar store and it's the same stuff - it's all just packaged in different packages and under different names with different prices. Some are moisturizing, but it doesn't lessen the hand sanitizing properties, just dries your hands out less.
