What is a good remedy to put a person to sleep?

..Without sleeping drugs like ambium, lunesta, stuff like that.
Answer:
Try some melatonin caps. It is a naturally occuring chemical in your brain that makes your body want to sleep. I use it when I have meetings and stuff the next day that I need to be alert for. Also give yourself a few minutes at the end of every day to relax and clear your head. Turn the TV or radio and just be at peace for a while. This strategy work wonders.
what i do when i really cant sleep is i take advil or whatever. it makes you tired without messing you up
Try some melatonin over the counter..or chamomile tea or hot milk. Also a warm bath helps me relax.
