What can I use with tofu to make it tasty?

tofu has alot of nutrients in it though its tasteless if eaten alone...you can put it in soups,mix it with tehinna and a bit of soy sauce...you can cut it up in cubes and use it in a greek salad but without the cheese.you can fry it with other vegies too ..in sunflower oil and add a bit of tamari soy sauce ...the trick is that tofu is to be used to absorb the taste of other additives
Any kind of food you like! Tofu absorbs flavor well.
Here is a GREAT recipe from my mom...Drain the tofu out of the case, wrap it in the towel or paper towel, leave in on the flat surface with a weight on (plate, cup, or whatever).After about 45 minutes, you have a somewhat dried/drained tofu piece. Then, you cut that into 2 pieces horizontally (so there will be two flatter pieces!).You have a pan, with some butter (any kind, you can just do oil, but butter tastes better for this!) and chopped 1-2 garlic cloves, and once the pan is warmed up, pan fry the tofu!After browning both side %26 before you turn off the heat, pour a bit of soy sauce over the tofu.Then, you are good to go enjoy the delicious Tofu Steak!
1 pint of tofo, a large bag of wide noodles, 2 pounds of fresh ground hamburger, 2 cans of mushroom soup.
Cook the hamburger while boiling your noodles.when done mix in the mushroom soup, simmer for 5 minutes and put on bread. Real tasty!
Oh we forgot the tofo, ok save it for later.

I like to use tofu to make smoothies. I use 1cup of soy or almond milk, 1/4 package of tofu, 1/2 cup of frozen berries and a banana. Blend it up real well and enjoy. You can vary the fruit or add sweetener as desired.
