What does a body wrap really do,and what are the do's and dont's before and after?

Answer:
Well theres so many different body types to choose from. theres chocolate body wraps (my favourite!) that can really soften your skin (the cocoa) and helps with slimming (thanks to the caffeine) and theres algae/seaweed body wraps who's purpose is to 'detoxify' and remove impurities from your body -also has a slimming action. Basically the purpose of them is to cleanse, tone, soften, moisturize or detoxify your skin and body. (external and internal health) Some wraps are very warming and thus helping to make you sweat and rid your body of any excess toxins. You shouldn't eat a heavy meal beforehand or drink a lot of liquids (just because the treatments are usually over an hour long...) You shouldn;t have one if you have any open cuts/sores on your body as the products may irritate your skin (and can cause harm to the esthetician)don't wear any jewellry to any spa treatment. afterward be sure to drink a lot of water as your body will be healing itself and fluids are needed for your organs to do their work. A good spa wil contact you a few days later to ask if there are any side effects-there shouldn't be- and to just see how you're feeling. And if you're uncomfortable at all during the treatment just speak up because people can't read your mind.
detoxifies.
Hi tracey M, not only detoxify your body, but it also possibility To Lose Inches.
The body wrap is a process in which the subject is literally wrapped. This process does not promise to make you lose pounds but you will lose inches.
You will notice results on your very first visit. The technician measures you before you have the body wrap and she measures you again after the process is completed.A word of caution; make sure that you get a body wrap done by a reputable professional.
