As a physician ( a real doctor-M.D.) for many years I'm still amazed and sometimes infuriated at the number of gullible idiots out there. this website proves it. And for every gullible, naive, uneducated, desperate or ignorant person there is a charlatan or quack spouting false or half - true pseudo scientific / medical misinformation and selling snake oil / herbal / "natural" cures.
