Tom's of Maine has great personal care products, including toothpaste.I believe Crest also has a line of organic or natural toothpastes now too.I personally use Crest Pro-Health.

Tom's of Maine. I use it with autistic children who tend to swallow as they brush.http://www.tomsofmaine.com/toms/dept.asp...
I've had great luck with Mentadent. The best part is that you can drink something right after using it and the beverage doesn't taste funky!
you know dear, the good healty one that u can buy it fom pharmacy not from super market. try signal2.
My dentist told me any toothpast will clean teeth effectively. For the healthiest teeth, make sure you brush your teeth for 2 minutes with a soft toothbrush and floss correctly.
use glister toothpaste as it is natural and it does good polish of ur enamel as it contains an ingredient call sylodent which is patenetd formula unlike other toothpastes in the market it does cleaning, whitening, remove plaques and cavities, shining together at the same time.its wonderful i tell you.contact gaurav my friend,he can provide you this toothpaste as its not available in shops.his no. is 9845623004.he is in bangalore.
Avoid any from China ; they found poison on several lots sold on the US. That's what happens when our retail stores buy cheap junk instead of quality.
The ADA says the Cogate Total is the best toothpaste on the market.
You can make your own tooth powder with bicarbonate of soda (sodium bicarbonate). This whitens teeth and my dentist tells me it remineralises teeth too.If the teeth need a bit of whitening, add some salt.To improve taste I add a few drops of peppermint oil, and I also add oil of cloves to act as a mouth disinfectant. Just a couple of drops of clove oil as it acts as a bit of an anaesthetic too - can give a numb tongue.I have a small bowl that I put the carb soda and salt in (about tablespoon of carb soda and a teaspoon of salt), and add a few drops of each of the essential oils, then mix well. I then dip my wet toothbrush into this, and brush with whatever the toothbrush picks up.I choose not to use many of the commercial toothpastes as they are full of sugar or artificial sweeteners, sodium lauryl sulfate etc.
Hi Nimbot, you just have to learn to explore and search for much safer products in your favorite grocery store. There are several toothpaste now available in the market that are all natural. Some of them are made up of fruit extracts and essential oils. These kinds of organic toothpaste do not contain sodium fluoride in them and other toxic chemicals found in the regular ones. Though they are made from different ingredients than the regular ones, do not discount them for their quality. These organic toothpaste also can whiten your teeth, freshen your breath, and eliminate teeth and gums sensitivity. You can also combine a little gel with a drop of miracle ii soap for a wonderful toothpaste.

The healthiest and the most natural is just plain salt. It doesn't taste all that great, but there's nothing in it to harm you.Rock salt is best "cos it's natural. The ancients realised salt was healthy for their mouths, and also made their gums strong.
