What is all the fuss about pomegranate juice, why is it so good for you?

Answer:
Yes, it's good for you--lots of antioxidants. But it's also a lot of hype and marketing. You can read about how the founders of POM created research to make it sell at the link below. Cheers.
It has minerals and antioxidents. I think it also does something about burnin calories or digestive tract help or something dietary related. It's yummy too!
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/...It can slow down, and may actually reverse arterial and heart disease. This is one of mother earth's finest anti-oxidants.
it has good antioxidants, but i found mangosteen to be more effective. twice the anti oxidants, and the juice tastes awesome.
As long as the brand of juice you're drinking isn't loaded with sugar and preservatives, pomegranates contain a complex of potent antioxidants.
