What foods contain vitamin B?

Answer:
As a general rule, it is well known by nutritionists and naturopaths like me that every thing green --specially leaves-- contains more than 60% of all the vitamins B there are.Cereals --if in wholesome state-- are also rich in B vitamins. But the "best" sources of B vitamins are: 1) the small intestine--because there are some co-factors therein which actually convert those substances, or precursors, from food, that will ultimately become one of the B complex; 2) the liver--because it is where most of the B vitamins are stored, to be used when necessary and recycled (some of them) when their inventory is low.Good luck! :)

The only B vitamin that is not found in green veggies is Vitamin B12. There are several myths that B12 is found in tofu and some vegetable products but chemical assays prove otherwise. B12 is only found in animal products so vegetarians must supplement or eat fortified foods to get B12.
Wheat Flour, Apples, Biscuits, Milk Solids, Mango, and other season fruits
