I don't... But according to WikiHow, you:Drink as much cranberry juice, water, and apple cider vinegar (the latter can be the least consumed) as you possibly can. Walk around with a glass/bottle in your hand for a week. Don't stop drinking and peeing! -Exercise, exercise, exercise. If you have a month to detox, stop doing whatever it is that you need to get out of your system (Maryjane will always be there, you can tell her to go on vacation for a month if necessary). If you have a week to detox, go run! If you don't like running, pump iron vigorously (not painfully though, this is worse than not passing a piss test) or play soccer or have a lot of sex. WORK UP A SWEAT EVERYDAY. -Stay away from your friends if they don't need to detox and they continue to do what you need to stay away from! White, maryjane, beans - stay away! Jane is the most difficult to purge from your urine, and white is the most difficult to purge period (in addition to a few other hard substances) because it stays in your hair follicle/strand. -Find out how you're being tested. If it's a piss test, no problem, follow the above steps. If you don't know the manner of testing, just buy a bus ticket. TIPS:Stay calm. The worst thing is a nervous test-taker. to detox the best thing in the world is water and i dont mean bottle stuff water straight from the tap drink as much as you can throughout the day. people just dont drink enough water when most of our body is made up of water. its real importent not to dehydret water flushes all the toxins from your body feeds your skin eat right and drink plenty and i carantee in a week you will look and feel better. all the best
Detox is not what most ppl see in tv ads where you drink something and get stomach upset thus everything bad come out of your body.
A proper detox usually could last for few weeks. Usually first week is to reduce the eating of junk food and rice and prepare your body for detox e.g replace your breakfast with fruit and veg juice. then go into the detox stage where you drink fruit and vegetable juice with food supplement and not eating, usually last for few days (depend on the body condition) then after that slowly go back to normal diet.
During this kind of detox, it not just expel out toxic from your body, but also stop toxic from going into your body. During the detox period, when toxic is expel out and no toxic coming in, your body immune system will also increase thus it will be able to cleanse your body better.

When you first wake up in the morning drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice (squeeze half of a lemon into the water) After that I drink a cup of water with psyllium husk or/and fresh ground flax seeds.

When I detox I do it for 4 weeks. Each week I am detoxing a different part of my body. This way the side effects are less severe and you can take better note of which area needs the most detoxifying by simply noting the changes or lack there of. ie: week 2: if you have cellulite you will notice it diminish while in week2 though most ppl have to stay at this stage for more than a week.

Week 4: Blood, lungs and skinEach week I use a different herb to help with the cleansing efforts of each organ. ie: kidneys: dandelion, cleavers, buchu and peppermint. (I make this into a tea)Do not eat dairy, shellfish or meat while detoxing. Do not eat prepackaged crap and eliminate sugar.
Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains and beans.
Try and eat a large salad with lunch and with dinner.
Drink plenty of water. Use a high quality mult-vitamin perferrably a whole food one.
There are a few ways to detox your body. One would be a good colon cleanse. This particular cleanse not only cleans the colon, but it cleans the liver, gall bladder, etc. You can also do a flush. First thing when you get up in the morning, drink an 8 oz glass of prune (no sugar added) juice, followed by 8 oz of apple juice (no sugar added) 1/2 hour later. From here on out for the rest of the day alternate between 8 oz of water and 8 oz of apple juice every half an hour. You do this for 2 days, but start at the begining with the prune juice first thing in the morning. This is a flush that is used before going on specific diets (ie Mucus-less diet). Hope this helps
There are many things to know about detox. The first is that there are many types. I recommend a whole food detox that uses organic items only. The second is that detox is not meant to just lose weight. If the detox is successful, a person will lose weight, but they are essentially cleaning out the toxins from the body.
