How early can children take Omega 3's?

Omega 3's have really helped my son with ADHD symptoms. Unfortunately, his little sister (3 yrs old) isn't far behind with the ADHD label. I have read about how great Omega's are for your overall health - how young can we start them? We found a Coromega product that comes in a ketchup style packet %26 the kids squeeze this orange flavor gel into their mouth...they love it!!
Answer:
according to my understanding .. kidz take omega 3 before even they are born .. it is always adviced in medical journals and so on for pregnant women to have at least 1 oily fish meal a week (and sometimes 2 meals) ... the omega 3 is good for the babys brain and the mother . etcso basically the child is getting omega 3 since before birth and i think there is no risk of having some fish at 3 years of age .. try some oily healthy sea foods and fish like herring, mackerel, shellfish ..etc i think its better than the artificial alternatives in ketchups ...etc
Hey well my younger sister Chloe is 3 next week and my mum has been giving her Omega 3 fish oils for bout 6 months - you can really see a difference in her behavior, its really good stuff!! x x
as soon as you think they can eat fish...
Yes, also give them eggs and cod liver oil.
