NO. There is no proof it works. Urine is a waste product of the body. How can reintroduction a waste product improve the body?
I don't poo poo all complementary medicines and practises as I am a complementary practitioner myself but having a degree in Anatomy and Physiology and a degree in complementary medicine have formed insight in to several practises and this one makes no sense to me.
For what it is worth try a Naturopath if you want to help with male potency and kidney disorders
