Well at work we are getting sent to a doctors office to get drug tested and well I smoke Herb (for you non-smokers Marijuana) but every once in a while for example I did it a month and some days ago before that was like 3months before that was like 2years ago and I do drink a lot of water well that鈥檚 mostly what I drink I don鈥檛 drink anything else but water. About how long does Herb stay in the system? And do those Jamba Juice Wheat Grass shots can those really help and how many do you take?

thc can store in a hair follicle for around 2 years, beware the hair test, it sounds like you smoke casually, how the pee test works, they take it in the back and do a light screening, if they find traces, it goes to the lab for a full test. I have always passed my tests by just drinking about 1 gallon or more water (all you can handle) 2 hours before going, and make sure you go 2 times before the test, worst thing that can happen is it will be too clean, taking some vitamin b complex will give it a good yellow color, and no one will look twice, light smokers 45 days is the safe side, if your metabolic rate is slow, give yourself 2 months.
With long term daily use it can last up to 3 months. One use lasts about 4 days.

Just don't smoke it, and you won't be worried about it! It's not good for you anyhow. Other than that, if you're a regular smoker, about 30 days. I would go to a grocery store and get some stuff called sure-jell, mix it with some kool aid right before you're test, and it should come out ok. or at least for your case, hope so.
They say it takes about a month to clear your system.and that's for heavy users. My hubby and I are regular (daily) smokers and he can be clean in 10 days or less. I think you have absolutely nothing to worry about, especially since you drink a lot of water. Don't mess with any of those cleaning drinks. Water is good enough. If you're not sure, go to the drug store or a head shop and get a home test and make sure before you go do the real thing.

It really depends on your size and how much you smoke i would reccomend you to get a detox flusher at you local drug store or i heard that they have this drink at smoothie king called "the stuff" which is pretty much made for drug users that has loads of laxitives and stuff like that
It good that your not a heavy user for many reasons.
Health food stores/GNC , esp. has a tea that you start the night before and drink up to 1 hour before test(drink while driving in) that flushes all the toxins out.
Ex. was always clean.Sorry i don't remember the name, but state problem and they set you up.
I don't use but he still does w/spotless record due to this tea and hes a regular user.Hope this helped.
pot stays in your system from 1 to 18 days...if you smoke a lot ..then 18 days from your story you should be fine after about 3 or 4 days...drink lots of water...the fatter you are the longer it stays in your system
