I have the same problem. I use aloe vera juice at night and mornings 1 desertspoon. I also have bran cereal for breakfast. plenty of fruit through the day and water is important as is exercise. take a 1/4 cup of warm milk and put in 2 tablespoon olive oil. drink that early in morning before anything. in 3-4 days your chronic constipation will go away and stay away as long as you use that. ( its not much oil and most of that is not even absorbed0
